Christina J. Scott
Founder & Principal
Over the years, Christina has served in various strategic operations, financial management, and Board positions within for-profits, start-ups, and local and national nonprofits, with budgets ranging from $500K to $450M, and staff sizes ranging between 10 - 5,000 full-time employees.
She holds an MBA from Marymount University, a Nonprofit Management Executive Certificate from Georgetown University, FMA Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP) Certificate, and 15+ years of experience working in business management and social impact leadership roles. Her graduate education and professional practice is complemented with a unique foundation of undergraduate study in English at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and formal teaching experience, honing great communication, presentation, and facilitation capabilities.

Christina was born and raised in the Carolinas, and now resided in Charlotte, NC after years-long stints in Washington, DC and Los Angeles, CA. She loves a good laugh, listening to Alternative Rock and Soul, traveling to clear water beaches, and spending time with family and friends as much as possible.
