Jackson Scott Advisory (JSA) is an organizational development and leadership strategy firm for nonprofit founders and leaders.
Founded in 2020 in a time when it became more critical than ever to be prepared and do more with less while remaining competitive, JSA partners with mission-driven leaders to help operationalize vision into concrete deliverables, develop business operations, systems, structures, and teams that are as strong as its mission, and increase stakeholder confidence in its ability to thrive.

Our Leadership
Christina J. Scott
Founder & Principal
Over the years, Christina has served in various strategic operations, financial management, and Board positions within local and national nonprofits, for-profits, and start-ups, with budgets ranging from $25K to $450M, and staff sizes ranging between 3 - 5,000 full-time employees.
She holds an MBA from Marymount University, a Nonprofit Management Executive Certificate from Georgetown University, FMA Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP) Certificate, and 15+ years of experience working in business management and nonprofit leadership roles. Her graduate education and professional practice is complemented with a unique foundation of undergraduate study in English at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and formal teaching experience, honing great communication, presentation, and facilitation capabilities.

Christina was born and raised in the Carolinas, and now resides in Washington, DC where she spends her WFH life with her husband, Eric. She loves Lofi and Alternative Soul music, traveling to clear water beaches, and visiting family back South as much as possible.
